The Journal’s primary purpose is to bring some of the excellent research produced by students to the attention of a wide readership. Without journals like this, such work would only be known to the student’s supervisor and examiner. Its second main purpose is to give students in the Faculty of Laws the opportunity to be involved in the creation and production of a law review, thereby giving them experience of both the academic and entrepreneurial roles involved.
